• provide accurate and complete registration information;
• comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

3. User Accounts

• immediately notify us of any unauthorized access;
• accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.

Rakiz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

5. User Content

Users retain ownership of content they upload, including:

• photographs;
• identification documents;
• property information;
• financial information.

By uploading content, you grant Rakiz a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, display, and transmit such content solely for providing the Platform services.

6. Identity Verification

Rakiz may request identity verification documents, including:

• national identification cards;
• passports;
• business registration documents;
• ownership documentation.

Users agree that submitted information is authentic and accurate.

7. Payments and Financial Information

Where applicable:

• users may provide banking information;
• payments may be processed through third-party payment providers;
• Rakiz does not store complete payment card information unless explicitly stated.

Users remain solely responsible for payment obligations arising from transactions conducted through the Platform.

8. Acceptable Use

Users shall not:

• upload malicious software;
• interfere with Platform operations;
• use the Platform for fraudulent activities.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to Rakiz, including software, trademarks, logos, graphics, and content, remain the exclusive property of Rakiz and its licensors.

No rights are transferred except as expressly provided in these Terms.

10. Privacy

Our processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable Saudi Arabian data protection laws.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rakiz disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Rakiz shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages;
• incidental damages;
• loss of profits;
• business interruption;
• loss of data.

Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user during the preceding twelve months.

13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rakiz, its directors, employees, and affiliates against claims arising from:

• misuse of the Platform;
• violation of these Terms;
• violation of applicable law.

14. Suspension and Termination

Rakiz may suspend or terminate access where:

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
